Drugs and strength training don't mix I think it's the edibles specifically maybe the CBD/CBG does something to muscles but we were gassed dinner mug try again next week remember scaffold:
- Sunday: Cardio/5K/Long Run/Whatever/Treadmill Bitch
- Monday: Mashallah Monday (evening workout)
- Tuesday: Chill, damn.
- Wednesday: Hump Day (Make this alt Mashallah Monday, LTW Morning Workout, you gone be so sexy)
- Thursday: This was the AM before getting on the train you loved so well. Take this energy to Mashallah Monday that's your weekend start and mindsetter. Chill Thursday or alt Wednesday if you sham which you shouldn't because it's at LTW.
- Friday: Friday Night Firefight late night at the 24 hour. Alone time. Pencils Down.
- Saturday: Hump Day (revise for the order — following FNF)
None of these currently longer than an hour. F, Sat, Sun no timer. Monday the only hard stop to get on the train which is a good way to start the week: Defined goals deadlines keep from bullshitting in the bed which pushes back to Sunday Scaries, etc. Tuesday then feels relaxed in comparison, with Wednesday practically a weekend. Back at it but relaxed mirrors Thursday, into strong Friday close evening individual focus Saturday as the 6th full work day set at our own pace. Lock that keep it iterate on it through end of June.
